I love football.  If you didn’t know that, now you do.  I love when my team wins and when they lose I stew inside until their next win.  I guess that is the competitor in me.  When a win occurs it is usually due to one factor, execution.  The coaches lay out their gameplan during practice throughout the week and then they put it into action on gameday. 

 Just like a football coach, we as small group leaders require a gameplan.  We must come up with a study plan and execute it.  Rick Howerton has written an article on this very topic and you can read it here.
